You log into the app with an email address, and no password is needed.
- Open the Moovy Lupa app and enter your email address in the designated field. Click the Log in with email button.
You will receive a confirmation message in your email, and by clicking the link, the app will automatically log you in. Please note that the link is valid for 15 minutes from its arrival and the message delivery may take a moment.
If the login link doesn't arrive in your email
Check the following:
- Has the message gone to your spam folder?
- Is the email address written completely correctly (no typos or extra characters)
- Upper and lower case letters are correct
