Login link doesn't arrive
- Make sure you enter the completely correct email address in the app before sending (the same one you provided to the permit issuer). Check that there are no typos in the email address.
- Check your spam folder. The sender address is no-reply@lupapalvelu.moovy.fi
- Sometimes message delivery can take several minutes, which is why it may not appear in your email immediately.
Login link doesn't work
- When the link arrives in your email, it is valid for 15 minutes. If you try to open the link after this time, it will not work.
- Send yourself a new link from the app and open the link within 15 minutes of its arrival.
- Make sure you have the latest app version and your phone has the minimum required operating system version (iOS at least 14.0 and Android at least 6.0)
Permit doesn't show in the app
- Make sure you are logged into the app with the correct email address. If the permit was granted with a work email and you log into the app with a personal email, the permit will not show in the app. (You can check this on the app's profile page)
- Pull down the permit list to refresh the view.
If the permit still doesn't show in the app despite these steps, contact the permit issuer and confirm with them that they have sent the permit to the correct email address.
Permit is valid for the wrong time period
- Contact the permit issuer.
