If you have any questions related to the permit, please contact the permit issuer.
Before logging into the app, you have received information in your email about the permit granted to you. The message shows the permit issuer, location, the license plate for which the permit was granted, and the validity period.
In the app, you can add and remove license plates yourself, as well as change the active license plate for the permit. For questions related to changing or deleting the permit, please contact the permit issuer.
Changing vehicle for parking permit
You can change the parking permit's active vehicle from the app's home page by clicking the Change vehicle text.
Clicking the text opens a menu that shows all vehicles added to the app. If you wish, you can add a new vehicle by clicking the Add + button.
